Birmingham Alabama and Atlanta Georgia

About a month ago we took a little trip to Birmingham, Alabama to go to the temple there. It is such a beautiful temple, and it was so nice to be able to go again. I always new we had it nice in Boise when the temple was only 5 minutes from our house, but I feel even more grateful for that time now.

We also decided to swing through Atlanta, Georgia on our way home to go to the aquarium. We heard it was amazing and that is was the largest aquarium in the world. And we agree completely! It didn't disapoint at all.

.

The largest aquarium, look at that huge whale shark in the background! Don't worry though, he can't eat anything bigger than the size of a quarter. He is a friendly giant.
There are lots of places to look at the fish from underneath.
Where's the fishy?
One of the larger aquariums
Lion Fish...this fish is very poisonous and has no predators. It's population has increased tremendously in the past few years....scary!

Sea Dragon
Spider crabs

Centennial Park is right next to the aquarium, so we stopped to play.

We had to stop and look at one of the cotton fields on our drive home :)

October Happenings

Our October was filled with a lot of fun activities, here is a recap.
First of all, Jacob celebrated his 28th birthday!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABEALICIOUS!
You still look so young :)
We went to the pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins to carve. Addi had a great time as you can see by her great big smile.

Our beautiful pumpkins...can you tell we were helping Addi learn more shapes?

And of course, we dressed up for halloween. We asked Addi what she wanted to be for halloween and she said a butterfly, so here is my best rendition of a butterfly. Jacob was a soccer player.

Addi's wingsAddi had so much fun going through her candy and prizes the next morning

Dressed warm for a sunday evening walk
Jacob also took me golfing for the first time ever. It was a lot more fun than I had ever thought it would be, I also did better than I ever thought I would (that's not saying much). I can't wait to go again!
My most handsome hubby!

Our Trip to Utah!

Our trip was nothing short of a GREAT time! It went by way too fast, but we enjoyed every minute we had with our families. Here is a little recap of most of our adventures in Utah (tons of our pictures got deleted from our camera sadly, so if you aren't in the pictures, it's not because we don't love you!)

The reason we went down in September was because Jacob's brother Jordan was getting home from his mission from California. It was so good to see him! He looks great, and it is so exciting to have him back home. We also went down for Katherine's baptism. She did a great job and she looked so beautiful in her dress.
WELCOME HOME JORDAN!

Beautiful Katherine on her baptism day.

All of the grandkids minus Deacon playing on the trampoline at Grandma Langston's house.
It was so fun to see these two cute cousins play together. They are only two weeks apart, and just so much fun!
This is one of my favorite pictures! Katherine and Addi have always had a special bond. Addison lights up every time Katherine is around. No one can make Addi laugh like Katherine.
Jacob and I were able to go to the BYU vs. Florida State game. It was SO much fun despite getting beat pretty handily. Thanks mom and dad!

We got to meet two new little nephews while we were home! They are both extremely happy babies, and sooo cute (you might think I am being biased, but I'm not...they are both just adorable babies.) I can't wait to see and hold them again!
These next two pictures I just added for fun :) There's nothing like self-portraits!

I was so glad to be able to see all my grandparents before we left. They are such amazing people and have taught me a lot.
I love you Grandma Larson!
I love you Grandpa White (aka Big Daddy)!
After going to see my Grandpa White, Addi was a little shy and "No big daddy hold me." It made us all laugh, where does she come up with these things? Since then however, she has asked about big daddy and wants him to hold her.
I love you Grandma White!
Grandma and Grandpa with all the grandkiddos
Who does this look like?
Grandpa Larson!
Justus made a potato head to represent me. I think he did a pretty good job with the princess theme:)
Who needs the potato?
Addison really took a liking to her uncle Todd!
Happy as can be playing with Grandpa!
We were so excited that we were able to go home and see our family! We miss everyone, and can't wait to see everyone again. Addi asks about her cousins all the time, and tells me that they are coming to our house in two weeks, so I hope all of your bags are packed and ready to come to our house in two weeks! We love you!
