October Happenings

Our October was filled with a lot of fun activities, here is a recap.

First of all, Jacob celebrated his 28th birthday!

We went to the pumpkin patch to pick out some pumpkins to carve. Addi had a great time as you can see by her great big smile.

And of course, we dressed up for halloween. We asked Addi what she wanted to be for halloween and she said a butterfly, so here is my best rendition of a butterfly. Jacob was a soccer player.

Jacob also took me golfing for the first time ever. It was a lot more fun than I had ever thought it would be, I also did better than I ever thought I would (that's not saying much). I can't wait to go again!

Our Trip to Utah!

Our trip was nothing short of a GREAT time! It went by way too fast, but we enjoyed every minute we had with our families. Here is a little recap of most of our adventures in Utah (tons of our pictures got deleted from our camera sadly, so if you aren't in the pictures, it's not because we don't love you!)

The reason we went down in September was because Jacob's brother Jordan was getting home from his mission from California. It was so good to see him! He looks great, and it is so exciting to have him back home. We also went down for Katherine's baptism. She did a great job and she looked so beautiful in her dress.

It was so fun to see these two cute cousins play together. They are only two weeks apart, and just so much fun!

This is one of my favorite pictures! Katherine and Addi have always had a special bond. Addison lights up every time Katherine is around. No one can make Addi laugh like Katherine.

Jacob and I were able to go to the BYU vs. Florida State game. It was SO much fun despite getting beat pretty handily. Thanks mom and dad!


We got to meet two new little nephews while we were home! They are both extremely happy babies, and sooo cute (you might think I am being biased, but I'm not...they are both just adorable babies.) I can't wait to see and hold them again!

I was so glad to be able to see all my grandparents before we left. They are such amazing people and have taught me a lot.

After going to see my Grandpa White, Addi was a little shy and "No big daddy hold me." It made us all laugh, where does she come up with these things? Since then however, she has asked about big daddy and wants him to hold her.

We were so excited that we were able to go home and see our family! We miss everyone, and can't wait to see everyone again. Addi asks about her cousins all the time, and tells me that they are coming to our house in two weeks, so I hope all of your bags are packed and ready to come to our house in two weeks! We love you!

For My Momma!

Here are a few pictures of Addi since we left Utah. I will post all about Utah soon I promise :)

These are pictures at our little campfire. Addi was Matthew's little tag-a-long there for a bit. She was having fun just giving Matthew hugs, helping him hold his pop and just being by him. Matthew seemed more interested in the pop, and probably wondered what Addi was doing. I just think these two are so cute together.

No More Pictures :(

Our Camera is officially broken. It won't even turn on. We are so sad, but life happens. To compensate, here are some pictures that I just haven't had time to post yet of the last month or two.

Addi loves to help me with daily tasks, here are just a few pictures showing how big of a helper she is. I absolutely love just watching her learning how to do things and helping me out.

Addi absolutely loves to help me cook in the kitchen. In this picture she told me she was making brocolli and chicken.

She even decided to get her bow box and use it as a bowl. Then she would stir once and get another utinsel out and do it again with about 2 0r 3 more utinsels. She told me on this particular occasion that she was making toast and soup. She cracks me up.

A while back, we visited the Caverns state park with some friends. The tour was awesome, not only for the incredible formations, but for the 65 degrees as well.

And just a cute picture of Addi learning to go poddy on the toilet. She is pretty hit and miss, but we just kind of let her go at her own pace. I love how she is crossing her legs!

Baby Esther

The other day Addi saw this doll at the store and asked if she could hold it, so I gave it to her to look at and a few seconds later she told me that her name was Baby Esther (I think she got the name from one of the living scripture videos). I let her look at the baby for a little bit longer and then told her we had to put it back, but all she wanted to do was play with baby Esther, so I decided for $3 dollars it was worth it to buy. Had I known what I know now and much Addi loves baby Esther I would have payed much more for her. Here are many pictures of Addi playing with baby Esther.

Time to go for a walk around the kitchen over and over and over again :)

Addi is always telling me that Esther is hungry or thirsty.

Addi also lets us know when Esther has to go potty. When Esther is all done, Addi brings her out so we can all clap and say Yay!

Esther has officially become part of the family, and has a place at dinner.

Jacob is such a good dad, to play dolls with his little girl. I love how they are looking at each other.

Addi spilled some flour on the floor and before I could clean it up, her and Esther were eating it. Such a funny little girl!
